Refined Collective Residences LLC addresses a critical community need for dignified transitional housing for women. Our mission is to empower women transitioning to independent living by providing stable, respectful housing and support that enable them to rebuild confidence and achieve long‑term self‑sufficiency.

We believe housing is the foundation for safety, personal growth, and community reintegration. By creating thoughtfully maintained, home‑like residences, we remove everyday barriers so residents can focus on next steps with dignity and privacy. Residents are offered a curated packet of local resources to support their goals, and we foster household communities grounded in respect and mutual accountability.

Who We Serve

Refined Collective Residences LLC provides transitional housing for adult women in Fort Worth who are seeking a stable, supportive setting as they prepare for independent living.

Eligibility

  • Adult women (18+) seeking transitional, independent living. 

  • At least 60 days sober.

  • Ability to live safely in a shared household environment. 

  • Willingness to comply with house rules and the residency agreement. 

  • Proof of funding or third‑party payment arrangement.

Referral Process

Step 1 - Review and Confirm Program Fit: Request our Program Manual and confirm program compatibility and funding arrangements before proceeding with referral submission.

Step 2 - Submit Complete Referral Packet: Submit the following completed documents to info@refinedcollectiveresidences.com:

Step 3 - Eligibility Review: Complete referral packets are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Your agency will be notified in writing of the eligibility decision. Referrals that do not meet program criteria will be declined at this stage.

Step 4 - Placement or Waitlist: If your client is eligible and a unit is available, a formal placement offer is issued. Partners have 48 hours to accept. If your client is eligible but no unit is currently available, your agency will be offered a waitlist position confirmed in writing. Waitlist status must be renewed every 30 days.

Step 5 -Partner Agreement: Upon acceptance of a placement offer, both parties sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalizing the partnership. This is a one-time step. Once signed, the MOU covers all future placements with your agency.

Step 6 - Payment and Documentation: Submit the required holding deposit as invoiced. A 48-hour grace period applies for a full refund; deposits become non-refundable after this period. The first month's program fee is due prior to or on move-in day.

Step 7 - Move-In Coordination: After deposit confirmation, the complete Intake Packet is provided for your client to complete and sign. Move-in is scheduled once all signed documentation is returned and required verifications are complete.

Occupancy & Layout

  • Current household capacity: up to 4 residents.

  • Unit configuration: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 master suite with a shared bathroom and 2 private bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom).
